Silver Plan

PBR Silver Plan is a twelve-month training and coaching process tailored specifically to your sales team. We identify your needs through a one-day assessment and strategy session at your location to interview and assess each team member. Next we design and schedule four quarterly, one-day, face-to-face training sessions. Between each quarterly session your team has phone coaching support to strategize on key accounts, monitor progress and document their success in the field.

Gold Plan

PBR Gold Plan takes the Silver Program one step further with the instructor spending time in the field making joint sales calls with reps. Training is no longer limited to the classroom. We get into the sales trenches with your team. In-the-field coaching is powerful because the salesperson receives immediate and constructive feedback on every call. We reinforce what they did right, where they can improve upon and then strategize on the next sales call to win more opportunities. Success is documented in the field.
