Shipping & Refunds


Domestic & International Shipping

We will ship our products anywhere in the world with available mail service. Shipping charges are based on USPS Priority and USPS Priority International rates which are based on package weight and distance shipped. Shipping charges are calculated after submission of the checkout form — where they can be viewed on a confirmation page prior to submission of the order. All products will be shipped individually and should arrive between 2-3 days. (6-10 days International) To consolidate large orders into one shipment or to specify a quicker shipping method, call 1-302-478-4443 or contact customer support. For International orders, any additional duties imposed by customs of a foreign country are the responsibility of the receiver.

Refunds

PBR Store: If for any reason you are not satisfied with products purchased on the PBR website including: audioBooks, eBooks, teleSeminars, audio CDs, onDemand events or downloadable items, we will provide a refund for the full price of the item including shipping within 30 days of the date of purchase. No returns required. You may keep the product(s).*
Webinars: If you do not feel the webinar you attended was absolutely beneficial for you and your team, we will refund your money in full within 30 days from the date of the live event.*

* Books and webinars purchased on websites other than Performance Based Results will be subject to the return/refund policies of the corresponding vendors.
