If overall participant feedback from one of our on-site workshops or web-based training programs is less than satisfactory, the program fee is refunded. Every consulting organization gives lip service to providing value, quality and service. We go further. We back it up by refunding your fee for the program if you are not satisfied. Our training model for clients is to ensure that they witness at the bare minimum – five times their initial investment.

If at any time you believe you are not realizing at least three times our coaching fees, we’ll give you a full refund up to three months of coaching fees.
