He has trained Olympic coaches, corporate executives, academics, government employees — including the Directorate level of the Hong Kong government — plus industries such as — manufacturing, transportation, banking, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. Patrick Connor has been a sales training consultant for over 80,000 individuals over the span of his career and has worked in eleven countries outside of the U.S. He specializes in executive development and corporate sales training. Claire Domine Dasalla — an expert sales training consultant dealing with global sales distributors — is responsible for supervising program operations at Performance Based Results including market development, delivery and follow-up. Claire Domine Dasalla has over 20 years experience in international leadership development and has also directed exporter assistance programs at the state, regional and national level. She has represented hundreds of U.S. exporters in over 27 countries. Her work gained national recognition from the U.S. Department of Commerce for the development of a foreign distributor sales training program for medical device companies. This allowed businesses to work with their foreign distributors in order to open new markets and increase sales.
She has also worked closely with the World Trade Centers Association, various ports of authorities and U.S. consulates throughout the world. His knowledge and expertise in business-to-business selling is utilized through dynamic web applications, instructional manuals, on-line surveys and e-learning applications. His primary focus has been in email marketing and IT solutions — maintaining PBR’s presence as a leading sales training consultant.
David Byers has been in the visual communications field for the past 21 years specializing in graphic design and website development. His professional experience also includes graphic design and advertising for national and international advertising firms. He was an art director for The Franklin Mint, where he managed multi-million dollar advertising campaigns for the company’s collectable programs. David Byers lives in Wilmington, Delaware.
Dorian Tenore-Bartilucci is responsible for editing PBR’s sales articles resource library while managing contributions to industry sales publications. Her role is vital in maintaining PBR’s presence as a leading sales training consultant. Before joining Performance Based Results as Sales Communications Director, she contributed her writing and communication talents to such companies as Crain Communications, Bankers Life, A&E, and Sensations Magazine. In the early 1990s, She served as a writer and editor for Burson-Marsteller, a leading global public relations and public affairs firm. In 1992, she established FirstDraft.net, an Internet workshop dedicated to promoting new business writers. Dorian Tenore-Bartilucci lives in the suburban Philadelphia area.
